Welder and Body Mechanic 

We are currently seeking full-time Welder and Body Mechanic in our Inverness, FL shop

Example of Duties:

  • Performs structural repair on vehicles and construction equipment

  • Responsible for equipment upkeep

  • Entrusted with the fabrication of metal components

  • Improves structural design and integrity

  • Interprets factory diagrams

  • Knowledgeable with equipment and technical manuals

  • Fluent in the interpretation of blueprints and sketches

  • Complies with safety regulations

Employment Standards:

  • Attention to Detail: Welders need to make clean lines and cuts when welding. Paying attention to the job at hand is necessary.

  • Dexterity: welders work with their hands, and need to be steady during the welding process.

  • Strength: welders often need to lift or hold heavy pieces of metal in place while welding.

  • Stamina: welders can expect long hours on their feet, often in hot conditions.

  • Technical Skills: Welding equipment requires technical know how, as does reading blueprints and understanding how the final product should look.

  • Troubleshooting Skills: Welders should see flaws in welds or structural imperfections in the metal.

  • Good Vision: Keeping a steady eye on the weld as it takes form requires good vision.

Heavy Equipment Transport Driver, Class A CDL
We are currently seeking a full-time transport driver.

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment, drivers will deliver all types of equipment to construction projects.

Examples of duties and employment standards:
Ability to operate, load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
Thorough operational knowledge and skills of operating a commercial motor vehicle and related equipment to be operated.
Transports load over required route to proper destination, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Must keep time and material records.
Must follow verbal and written instruction.
Must have maneuvering and backing skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Connect and disconnect trailers.
be familiar with all traffic laws and safety requirements.
Must inspect and maintain all equipment and report any mechanical issues with the truck.
This includes checking oil, water, gasoline, tires etc.; daily

Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic
We are currently seeking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic.

Must have a Class B CDL or higher

Must have experience with CAT, John Deere, Komatsu, Hydraulic engines, Transmissions, Automotive electrical

Examples of duties: 
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' 
Clean, repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs.
Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment.
Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
Examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment and keep equipment service records.
Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
Assemble gear systems and align frames and gears.
Fit bearings to adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Adjust, maintain, and repair or replace sub-assemblies, such as transmissions and crawler heads.

Preventive Maintenance Mechanic
We are currently offering a full-time position.

Examples of duties:
The maintenance mechanic position conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. 
Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs. 
Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of 
       packaging and production machines. 
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 
Comply with OSHA safety and health rules. 
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production 
Problem Solving/Analysis.
The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. 
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. 
The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. 
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and 
       ability to adjust focus.
